Fascia + Capping Repairs

A common problem for fascia is the fibers on the piece of wood from temperature changes. This eventually pushes the nail out. With a heavy windstorm it will blow off. Back in the 70s and 80s it was common practice to use compressed cardboard fascia. If you don’t repair immediately the fascia will fall apart causing you to spend more money to address the problem properly.
